Seishin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has expanded its production capacity with the development of Factory Building 4 to support the growing requirements of the industrial sector.
Factory Building 4 was developed to enhance the company's production capabilities. Covering more than 1,800 square metres, the facility supports aluminium die casting operations and production support systems, strengthening our readiness to meet evolving industry requirements.
Factory Building 4 is equipped with a 1,250-ton aluminium die casting machine to support the production of large components, together with additional die casting machines of other capacities to accommodate a wide range of production requirements.
The production flow within Factory Building 4 is designed for systematic and continuous operation, from receiving molten aluminium tanks through to the finishing process.
The facility is equipped with cooling, water supply, compressed air, and machine utility systems to support stable and continuous production operations.
Factory Building 4 is also equipped with a rooftop solar PV system to help reduce reliance on grid electricity while supporting more energy-efficient and sustainable operations.
